The required $75 deposit is actually charged to your credit card and refunded - they don't just hold your card number in case of damage (this is really off-putting). Cheaper rooms are in a separate building far away from front desk. Furniture was sp**** and odd (desk, but no chair weird piece of furniture that was larger than a chair, but smaller than a loveseat no towel bar by sink bare white walls). AC was not turned on when I entered room (it was 109 degrees outside).
There was vinyl plank flooring, not carpet.
